Cancer Healing Practices of Josefina Marquez PDF Print E-mail

Josefina Marquez has been fighting cancer for many years.  Currently she is cancer free.  She has fought breast cancer and bone cancer.  Josefina leads two Cancer Support Groups at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.  Her life is dedicated to teaching people that what you eat can hurt you and at the same time, what you eat can heal you.  The following is her daily regimen as of March 31, 2007.




5 AM   I drink 1 large glass of water with 2 Colon Clean tablets.

5:15   I drink 2 oz. of Plankton.

5:30   I drink 2 oz of raw Pomegranate juice + 2 oz of Aloe Vera + 2 oz of water.

5:45   I drink 1 heaping teaspoon of Barley Juice (Magma Plus) + 2 oz of water.

6:00   I drink an 8 oz glass of raw vegetable juice (beets, carrots, celery, collard greens, cucumber, cilantro, Fuji apple, ginger, parsley, kale, swiss chard, mustard greens).  (editor: I don't know whether all of these vegies are used at each serving or if they are rotated around.)

8:00   I eat a bowl of Oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed and 1/2 a banana.  Sometimes I have a blueberry and soy protein smoothie instead of oatmeal.

After breakfast, I take 2 Cruciferous vitamins + t turmeric vitamin + 1 selenium vitamin + 1 Lycopene vitamin + 1 cranberry vitamin + 1 folic acid vitamin.

9:00-10:00   I go walking for 45 minutes.  I do a lot of deep breathing and arm exercises.  I drink 2 bottles of water while I walk and exercise.

10:00-11:00    I go shopping or do my errands and house chores.

11:30   I drink another teaspoon of barley juice (Magma Plus) + 2 oz of water.

11:45   I drink another 8 oz glass of the raw vegetable juice

12:00   I eat a huge raw vegetable salad (beets, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, lettuces, radishes, red onion, tomatoes, red clover sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, and 1/4 of an avocado).  I put olive oil and lemon juice + Italian spices on the salad.  If I am stillhungry, I will have a serving of tofu, brown rice or sweet potato.  After lunch, another set of the 8 cancer-fighting vitamins.

1:00-2:00   I clean up and do housework.

2:00-4:00   I take a nap and recharge my body.

4:00   I drink 2 glasses of water.

5:00   I drink a glass or 2 of my raw 12 vegetable juice.

5:30   I eat another huge raw salad with God's Healing vegetables.  If I am still hungry, I will have a baked potato or baked squash.  Then another set of 8 cancer vitamins.
