2 cups broccoli, (one broccoli crown with 3 - 4 inches of stem) 1/4 cup raw sunflower or pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup raisins (or other dried fruit) 2 teaspoons olive oil 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Put the broccoli in the food processor with the seeds and raisins. Process just a few seconds to break up the broccoli. Add the liquids and pulse to mix it up. Be careful you don't make it too fine. Check for taste.
